What is Asana?
Asana is one of the simplest tools for team collaboration and work management.
As a powerful work management tool, Asana helps customers eliminate redundant tasks and maximize work efficiency.
Bring all basic work tools together (content editing, file management, calendar scheduling)
Tasks are the core unit of action in Asana. Users can: create new tasks, duplicate existing ones, merge two tasks, print, or delete them. Task names are listed in the main pane, and clicking one opens detailed information in the task pane.
File view displays all images, documents, and attachments from your tasks or projects in a library-style format.
View the project calendar to track important deadlines and milestones. Users can also use the team calendar for a broader overview and adjust the calendar’s start day in My Settings.
Timeline View
A dynamic view showing how your work fits together. It helps you start projects correctly and finish on time by building visual project plans. Share timelines to gain alignment and adjust plans when issues arise.
Seamless Communication
Use Asana’s messaging to communicate with colleagues and connect directly to work. Messages can be sent to individuals, teams, or projects.
Comment on tasks to ask questions, provide additional information, or share insights. Comments appear at the bottom of the right-hand pane and are visible to anyone with access to the task.
Asana also supports many more features needed for work management systems. For more details, feel free to contact us!
